Can the item be re-sized?

No, regrettably, we do not re-size items. Please refer to the product details page to see the dimensions of the product and thus insure the best fit.

Who pays for return shipping?

It is our policy that the return shipping is paid by the customer. For more information on shipping and returns, please refer to our Shipping and Returns tabs.

Can I exchange an item for a different color or size?

Yes, you may exchange the item. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive and inspect the original item.

What if my item was damaged in transit?

If you receive a damaged item, please email giftshop Customer Care at info@giftshop.com and we'll take care of it immediately.
How will I know that has received my return?

Most returns are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. We'll send an email to let you know your return has been processed and the amount of your return credit or refund.
